MEMORIAL AWARD

ELIGIBILTY

  • The applicant must have been born and raised in the Thibodaux area

  • The applicant must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 while in nursing school.

  • Copy of final grades must be submitted to Amigas Club each semester before the next semester’s check is issued.

  • The applicant cannot be the recipient of another major scholarship or grant ($500 or greater), exclusive of TOPS.

NECESSARY  DOCUMENTS

(Application will not be processed if any of the following is missing.)

  • Proof of Acceptance nursing program

  • Copy of current transcript

  • Personal letter expressing why you should be considered a scholarship recipient

  • One letter of recommendation

PREVIOUS RECIPIENTS
